Five moves. Different domain every time, same sequence. This is what it looks like from the inside.
It starts with a conversation.
You bring the domain. I bring the questions. We find where the problem actually lives — not where it appears to be. Discomfort is the signal that something interesting is there.
The real problem hiding inside.
Most people solve the obvious problem. The interesting one is always a layer deeper — and finding it is more than half the work. I map the system before I touch it.
Something that actually functions.
Not a deck, not a spec. A thing that works and that people use. The kind you can put in front of someone by Friday — and watch them respond to it in real time.
Business model. GTM. Revenue logic.
If it works, it has to go somewhere. I map the path from prototype to market — pricing, positioning, the first hundred customers, the launch sequence. Strategy that can actually be executed.
Fast. Then iterate. Go again.
The first version is a hypothesis. Every launch is the start of the next one. I don't wait for perfect — I move, learn from what's real, and adjust. That's where most people slow down. I speed up.
